As our Claims Enrollment Associate, you will work with clients, Implementation Project Managers, Software Support Analysts and 3rd party vendors.  The position includes a variety of tasks including data entry setups, guiding clients through the enrollment process and working with internal teams to trouble shoot client issues. 
 
The ideal person for this position will be comfortable navigating with computers and electronic files, be eager to learn information technology, healthcare and will work with efficiency and accuracy. We provide training for this position. 

 

Let's Talk about Responsibilities:  

  • Complete new client setups in our clearinghouse software 

  • Review setups and ensure accurate configuration within the software  

  • Assist new and current clients with completing enrollment forms 

  • Troubleshoot enrollment issues with the clearinghouse and client 

  • Advocate for clients’ enrollment needs with the clearinghouse 

  • Investigate payer changes and send notifications to clients 

  • Assist clients and internal teams as a subject matter expert 

  • Continuously improve service to all customers, internal and external, and uphold MatrixCare’s core values 

 

Let's Talk about Qualifications: 

  • A 4-year degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Finance preferred  

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word  

  • Able to self-motivate, be flexible, work under time constraints, and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills  

  • Adept in communicating through email and over the phone 

  • A team player with the ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment 

  • Software industry experience is a plus

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $16.48/hr - $24.72/hr

​For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
