About the Role
Crawford TPA is an AFS-licensed, Lloyd’s-accredited third-party administrator delivering claims management solutions across Australia and globally.
As a Liability Claims Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of personal injury and property liability claims across multiple jurisdictions, overseeing claims from lodgement through to settlement in a compliant, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end liability claims, including complex and sensitive matters
- Assess coverage, liability, and quantum in line with legislation and policy
- Provide technical advice across personal injury, property liability, and some financial lines claims
- Support team performance, KPIs, and client service delivery
- Participate in client reviews and claims strategy discussions
- Act as an escalation point for complex claims and complaints
- Build strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and external experts
About You
You bring proven experience in personal injury and property liability claims, with the ability to deliver sound, commercially focused outcomes.
Key strengths:
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills, judgement, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities autonomously
- Confident communicator and negotiator
Experience in financial lines claims and tertiary qualifications in law, business, or insurance are advantageous.
