THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our Sydney Emergency Services team as a Case Manager, where you can apply your clinical knowledge in a more sustainable, structured environment. You’ll manage a portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, partnering with injured workers, employers, and health professionals to support safe and meaningful return-to-work outcomes without shift work or hands-on care.
We are seeking individuals with a strong foundation in Health Sciences, Allied Health, or similar client-facing environments. While tertiary qualifications are highly regarded, we also welcome those with practical experience looking to transition into a corporate setting.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Sydney George Street office, with flexibility to work from home (up to three days from home) available from month three, subject to performance and approval.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage an end-to-end portfolio of workers’ compensation claims, supporting individuals with both physical and psychological injuries
- Build and maintain relationships with injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and rehabilitation providers
- Apply your clinical understanding to develop proactive, outcome-focused case strategies
- Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver tailored return-to-work plans
- Guide individuals through their recovery journey with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

- A background in Health Sciences, Allied Health, or a similar discipline, or transferable experience from a clinical or care-based role
