We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Consulting team within Marsh Advisory.
This role will be based in London.
It is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in our London office.
Opportunity to join a team that strive to deliver best practice, market leading service and solutions with a focus on delivering claims projects based on reducing a client’s total cost of claim.
This role will have a focus on Motor and Liability claims for UK based clients where the successful candidate will build and maintain an excellent rapport with both our clients and colleagues across Marsh.
Marsh Risk Consulting provides a platform of specialised insurance claims consultancy services to clients and prospects.

We will count on you to:
- Confidently meet and engage with both internal customers and key Marsh clients to promote and sell our claims consulting proposition.
- Build key internal relationships to ensure those internal customers return to our proposition.
- Present our ‘total cost of claim’ strategy for clients to engage with.
- Work in conjunction with the Claims Consulting Leader to deliver high quality claim projects.
- Identify client solutions that will positively impact their total cost of claim.
- Audit client’s claims across both motor and casualty to recognise both claim and operational opportunities for clients and their TPAs.
- Travel to client, insurer, Marsh office locations.
- Identify and facilitate a pipeline of sales opportunities of effective risk management solutions for client’s Motor and Casualty risks.
- Drive claims product development and the promotion of Marsh solutions to both clients and Insurers.
- Provide project support on claims matters such as, process streamlining, identification of cost leakage, auditing of suppliers, benchmarking, claims cost reduction, training and supplier review/appointment, risk management and claim prevention/reduction strategies.
What you need to have:
- Legal / Insurance Claims industry experience with a focus on Motor and Liability Claims.
- Claims background and knowledge of cross class claims handling.
- Ability to work as part of a team and within a collaborative environment.
- Ability to take ownership of own projects to meet timescales and budgets.
- Solution focus to enable recommendations to impact clients senior leadership teams and policy.
- Confident communicator and presenter.
- Ability to influence and build relationships.
