We’re looking for a Claims Associate to join our New Business, Underwriting, and Claims team at MBPS. In this role, you are responsible for processing the documents/images being sent. The team also handles several admin tasks that will be trained on a later part.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough document reviews to assess and address disability concerns and life waiver requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the management of image-related tasks, along with other critical responsibilities, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow processes
- Manage the payment processing for claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This involves verifying claim details, coordinating with relevant departments, and maintaining meticulous records to support financial audits and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates, though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience in a professional setting.
- Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks, data entry, document handling, and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
- A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Amenable for fixed night shift.

- Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a work environment.
