40,300 - 49,300Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Nous recherchons un(e) agent(e) indemnisation I pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine expansion. Vous jouerez un rôle clé de soutien et d’aide aux experts en sinistre dans le traitement des réclamations en assurance automobile et habitation, en assurant les suivis nécessaires, la coordination avec les intervenants et l’exécution des tâches administratives reliées aux dossiers.
Contrat temporaire de 6 mois
Ce que vous ferez ici :
- Soutenir les experts en sinistre dans le traitement des dossiers de réclamation auto et habitation.
- Effectuer des suivis avec les clients (courriels/SMS/appels) afin de faire progresser leur dossier et obtenir l’information manquante.
- Assurer les suivis avec divers intervenants : fournisseurs, ateliers de réparation, services de police et autres partenaires.
- Réaliser des tâches administratives liées aux dossiers (ex. transcrire et compléter des relevés de dommages, mise à jour des notes au dossier, classement de documents).
- Utiliser plusieurs systèmes informatiques en parallèle et appliquer adéquatement les outils et processus disponibles pour optimiser la gestion des dossiers.
- Assurer le soutien, le respect des étapes du processus, ainsi que des normes et délais de service établis.
- Faire preuve d’une approche professionnelle, empathique et orientée client, incluant la gestion des appels plus difficiles.
Profil recherché :
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou collégiales (formation en administration des affaires un atout) ou toute combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience.
- Minimum 1 an d’expérience dans un poste de service à la clientèle et/ou dans un poste administratif.
- Aisance marquée avec l’informatique : capacité à naviguer entre plusieurs applications/systèmes simultanément et à effectuer de la saisie de données avec rigueur.
- Excellentes aptitudes de communication, souci du détail et sens de l’organisation.
- Capacité à maintenir un niveau de performance élevé et constant (qualité et volume).
- Adaptabilité au changement (ex. changements de procédures, nouveaux outils, ajustements opérationnels).
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada n’est requise, mais vous devez être autorisé(e) à y travailler.
