We’re seeking an experienced Claims Approval Supervisor to lead a dynamic team responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of claims. This leadership role requires strong operational oversight, team development, and a dedication to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. You'll play a critical role in delivering our promise to homeowners while maintaining high regulatory and quality standards.

What You Will Do as a Claims Approval Supervisor

  • Supervise and manage daily workflow for the claims analysis team.

  • Ensure accurate claims fulfillment, policy adherence, and service excellence.

  • Coach and support team members through complex claim negotiations and escalations.

  • Monitor dashboards and backflow to ensure efficiency and responsiveness.

  • Deliver daily metrics, end-of-month reports, and maintain coverage across claim queues.

  • Provide backup support via phone or claims processing when needed.

  • Develop, coach, and train staff to meet performance and customer service standards.

  • Implement new procedures and initiatives in alignment with leadership direction.

  • Enforce attendance, performance, and compliance policies with corrective action where necessary.

  • Foster a collaborative and professional team environment in alignment with Porch’s core values—especially “Together We Win” and “Be Ambitious.”

What You Will Bring as a Claims Approval Supervisor

  • 3–5 years of experience in claims processing or analysis, ideally in the home warranty or insurance industry.

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience with proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams.

  • Strong understanding of policy coverage, claims procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • High-level problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality assurance.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

What You Will Get as A Porch Group Team Member

Pay Range* $52,500 - $70,000 Annually

Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location. Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
