Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and implementing a development strategy for the benefits servicing area – setting directions, introducing innovations, and optimizing business processes
Supervising the benefits servicing process – ensuring high quality, efficiency, and compliance of claims processes across all business lines
Accountability for business results – achieving financial targets, managing the budget effectively, and monitoring key performance indicators
Collaborating with the Management Board and key stakeholders – presenting results, recommending solutions, and participating in strategic projects
Managing change – leading transformation projects, implementing new technologies and solutions to enhance the customer experience
Ensuring operational compliance – overseeing adherence to legal regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Identifying and minimising business risks – analysing market trends and implementing preventive actions
Managing a large team – fostering a culture of collaboration, developing talent, motivating, and supporting leaders
Building a positive company image – maintaining high standards of customer service and business ethics
