Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in the intake and processing of new claims, ensuring all required documentation is collected and accurately recorded;
• Enter claim information into the claims management system and update records as necessary;
• Coordinate with claimants, adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather additional information or documentation;
• Handle small to follow claims in the Netherlands growing into a role of junior claims;
• Maintain and organize electronic claims file;
• Set up reserves and book payments;
• Preparation of claims-overview;
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the claims team;

Skills and Experience

• Must have Dutch as a language;
• Ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry;
• Experience managing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining accurate records;
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders;
• Insurance experience preferable.
