We are hiring a Claims Account Specialist to manage the day-to-day administration of pre-tax benefit plans for an assigned group of clients. This is a high-volume, detail-driven role where financial accuracy, process discipline, and service excellence are critical.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Processing high volumes of benefit claims with precision
- Issuing reimbursements and ensuring financial accuracy
- Managing enrollments, eligibility updates, and payroll-related status changes
- Administering FSA, HRA, ICHRA, HSA, and other customized benefit plans
- Responding to client and participant inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Implementing plan setups and processing plan changes
- Maintaining compliance and documentation standards
