Turning Point USA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 2012 by Charlie Kirk. The organization’s mission is to identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote the principles of freedom, free markets, and limited government. Turning Point USA believes that every young person can be enlightened to true free market values. Since its founding, Turning Point USA has embarked on a mission to build the most organized, active, and powerful conservative grassroots activist network on high school and college campuses across the country. With a presence on over 3,000 campuses, Turning Point USA is the largest and fastest-growing youth organization in America.

ABOUT THE POSITION: Charlie’s team is on the lookout for a driven, adaptable, and results-oriented individual to be a Force Multiplier. This position is more than just a job—it’s a chance to play a pivotal part in executing strategic initiatives alongside Turning Point USA’s founder and CEO, Charlie Kirk.

This position requires extreme grit and relentless positivity, and dedication like no other job you have done. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extremely hard working;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Calendar, Sheets);
• Punctual and extremely responsive;
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and confidentiality;
• Have close personal alignment with the mission and principles of TPUSA;
• Be organized, a self-starter, and goal-oriented;
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills needed to form working relationships with fellow colleagues;
• Have competency in managing deadlines, multiple projects, and competing priorities; 
• Reflect a strong work ethic and desire for excellence;
• Willingness to work long hours;
• Reflect a willingness to learn quickly and be up to any challenge;

"WOW" Skills: 

• Have past/present involvement in conservative youth organizations, experience starting campus organizations and/or, leadership experience in conservative youth organizations is an added plus;
• Previous experience with TPUSA.
