• The City Operations Team maintains a high standard of operation excellence in the city they manage.
• The team needs to be able to create quick wins and create long term strategy to accelerate growth.

Get to Know the Role

• Monitor and drive improvements in the city performance
• Responsible for working together with internal teams and external parties such as partners, local governance, and local businesses.
• The role will be responsible for maintaining and growing the Grab brand.
• The role will be in charge of growth for the city by achieving numbers
• You will report into the Acquisition & PA Lead and be based in Kuching, working onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will need to plan, execute and monitor everyday operations of the city
• You will need to maintain operational standard in your city
• You will need to be able to extract insights from data, trends, survey and market intelligence
• You expected to manage cost effectiveness/ efficiency and deliver operational and financial target within designated financial cost

What Essentials Skills You Will Need

• You have a minimum of 3 years of primary experience in operations.
• You have proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other dialects and languages are a plus since the role requires travel to different cities from time to time.
• You have a self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
• You have the capability to make strategic business decisions and deliver well-founded recommendations through data-driven insights and analytical reasoning.
• You have proficiency in Google Workspace.
• You have proficiency in systems like SQL and experience with tools that support implementation and performance monitoring, which will be beneficial.
