Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for sales performance including the GMV, revenue, market share results of the city, managing business operation teams and driving team performance efficiently and effectively.

· Develop market strategy, set results-oriented timelines to reach those goals and take financial decisions.

· Grow number of partners on the platform, handle partner development, monitor metrics, and provide reliable food delivery service.

· Grasp market dynamics and systematically deal with various market problems

· Coach and train team members to increase the individual and organizational capabilities.

· Responsible for daily operations of the city.

· Drive business results and hold teams accountable for KPIs and meeting targets

· Supervise the daily work in the city and be responsible for team performance evaluation

· Responsible for instructing, training, coaching and developing operation team including business development department, marketing department and delivery operation department

Job requirements:

• have the ability of team building and management, and be responsible for the expansion and promotion of a city
• excellent negotiation skills, good interpersonal understanding, communication and coordination skills, and good strain capacity
• strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, willing to accept challenges
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
