The Bali Nusra Region Operations team is a longstanding team responsible for growing demand and securing supply in Bali and Nusa Tenggara region. We maintain and grow specific customer segments on Grab Transport and Delivery Services. Your team will be made up of an operational team and commercial team. Get to know the role
We are looking for City Associate Kupang to help the Region Operations Head build the right strategy to win the market and shape ideal supply demand equilibrium while growing our business with our values. We believe you have passion in operations, sales, and, if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way. You will be based in Kupang. You will be reporting to the Manager.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Implement and oversee the operational strategy at the city level, focusing on enhancing both mobility and delivery services to meet local demands.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop a comprehensive demand generation plan that creates user engagement and service use.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle management of Grab Driver Partners, from the initial recruitment and onboarding process to ongoing engagement and support activities.
- Lead project management efforts by breaking down complex problems, formulating hypotheses, conducting tests, and guiding projects through to successful implementation while ensuring that outcomes are sustainable.
- Collaborate with specialized teams to launch and promote new products and services that meet customer needs and enhance user experience.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 2+ years of experience in city management or in the field of sales/revenue generator
- You understand Kupang market landscape and have interest in carrying out off-ground activities (including external stakeholder engagement, event organization, and survey arrangements)
- You are knowledgeable in business process management, assessing, and controlling risk, and successful projects execution
- You are experienced in Microsoft excel (can write advanced macros) (can maintain complex spreadsheets)/Google Sheet
