As a Citrix CSP Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer and partner relationships while driving new logo acquisition. You will play a key role in delivering revenue growth, retention, and strategic sales objectives by promoting Citrix CSP solutions and creating long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and partners.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term growth.
Understand customer business needs and align Citrix solutions accordingly.
Identify opportunities to expand solution adoption across existing accounts.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Portfolio Adoption & Solution Delivery
Drive adoption and growth of Citrix CSP solutions.
Work with customers to identify business challenges and solution opportunities.
Support solution demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Collaborate with technical teams and partners to ensure successful deployments.
Sales Growth & Revenue Retention
Achieve and exceed new logo, retention, and revenue growth targets.
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
Develop strategic account plans to drive account growth and renewals.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and proactively mitigate churn risks.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Marketing teams.
Act as a customer advocate within Arrow and Citrix.
Support go-to-market initiatives and sales campaigns.
Share market feedback and customer insights to support business growth.
Who Are We Looking For?
Proven experience in account management, business development, or technology sales.
Strong understanding of Citrix CSP solutions or comparable technology solutions.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and customer retention.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage territory-level responsibilities.
Willingness to travel up to 60%.
Fluency in English.
UK-based.
Preferred
Experience within the Citrix ecosystem or cloud/subscription-based technologies.
Experience supporting strategic sales initiatives and marketing programs.
