IT specialist for the Virtual Workplace Platform implements, operates, maintains and continuously improves infrastructure components and services (HW, SW, network) according to the agreed service levels – in detail…
• supports to plan the lifecycle and release management of the Virtual Workplace Platform and its services,
• builds and implements the Virtual Workplace services which includes development and execution of tests,
• operates the Virtual Workplace platform and services via related Service processes,
• implements technical monitoring, logging and automated resource allocation,
• manages and executes ongoing preventive maintenance and Patch management
• provides 3rd level support.
QualificationsEducational qualification:
B.E/ M.E / M.Tech / MCA
Experience :
8 - 10 years
Mandatory/requires Skills :
• Infrastructure Virtualization e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMWare
• Operating Systems e.g. Windows Server 2019/22, Windows 10/11, Linux
• Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Gateway Services
• ITIL Foundation and practice
Preferred Skills :
• Personal skills and affinity to work in a “virtual” and global team
• Good communication skills
• Analytical and methodical approach
• Advanced in written and spoken English
