As the Citrix Infrastructure Administrator, you will:
- Configure and maintain CVAD and Citrix ADC (NetScaler), including associated access components (e.g., StoreFront, Citrix Gateway) as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user connectivity, latency, and performance issues across geographic locations.
- Perform routine patching, system health checks, upgrades, and firmware updates for Citrix infrastructure, hypervisors, and supporting platforms.
- Manage security and access, including Active Directory integration, user/group access controls, and compliance requirements.
- Automate provisioning and administrative tasks using PowerShell (or similar scripting).
- Document configurations and operational procedures; support incident/change workflows.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- Candidate must be willing to take and maintain a CI Poly.
- BA degree and 4+ years experience with enterprise virtualization architectures and Citrix technologies (e.g. XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway/CVAD). Additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- IAT II Certification (e.g. Security+, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC)
- Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
- Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, load balancing, SSL/TLS certificates.
- Citrix certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V) or Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization (CCP-V) – preferred.
Skills Required
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Willingness to take and maintain a CI Polygraph
- BA degree (additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree) and 4+ years experience with enterprise virtualization and Citrix technologies
- IAT II Certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC)
- Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, XenApp, XenDesktop, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway/CVAD
- Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, load balancing, SSL/TLS
- Ability to automate provisioning and administrative tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting
- Citrix certifications such as CCA-V or CCP-V
