Enterprise Citrix Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Citrix Cloud Engineer with previous experience to join our infrastructure team. This individual will help play a critical role in the implementation, support, and optimization of our Global Citrix Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (All Versions), ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance end-user support. computing solutions.You will be responsible for using your technical knowledge of professional concepts to solve and support large scale Citrix Cloud environments utilizing DAAS.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support enterprise-grade Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments on Windows Server platforms in VDI environments
• Perform system performance tuning, monitoring, and reporting using Citrix DAAS
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and desktop teams to ensure consistent, secure, and optimized end-user experiences
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to connectivity, latency, printing, application errors, and profile management
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments including Group Policy, Active Directory integration, and patching strategies
• Able to work with cross functional teams not limited to Cyber Security, DEV-OPS, Networking, Incident Management, and other departments within the organization
• Maintain documentation on environment architecture, standards, procedures, and processes. a large Citrix Cloud environment that spans to spans globally

Required Experience:

• Previous experience in deploying and supporting large-scale Citrix Cloud environments
• Strong GPO, OU, and Active Directory environments
• Familiar with MFA Cloud Security, SSO, and AD + Token
• Required of building and configuring Cloud Connectors and FAS servers
• Experienced in Citrix policies and how to deploy
• Familiar with creating delivery, machine groups , and publishing apps. 
• VDA Workstation configuration and deployment 

Nice to have Experience:

• Experience in a 300 + Server Citrix Cloud DAAS environments 
• Working and supporting multiple Citrix Cloud tenants.
• Strong technical depth in Citrix Cloud virtual desktops,   
• VMware and Windows Operating Systems
• Knowledge  of DMZ Cloud environments required including AWS

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Computer Science or equivalent in field experience. 
• Citrix Certifications
