Citizenship Manager, Brand & Citizenship Marketing – Wealth Management Europe
What is the opportunity?
You will be a motivated marketing professional who has varied skills to manage internal and external stakeholders to develop RBC’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programme.
You will be passionate about community engagement and work with leading charity partners. By keeping RBC’s purpose at the heart of what you do, you will allow clients to thrive and communities prosper.
We are rapidly expanding our ambitious programme across Europe and your keen eye for detail is required to help us develop our ‘One RBC’ strategy and bring our community engagement opportunities to our teams.
What will you do?

Assist in the development and delivery of the company's CSR strategy, in alignment with its mission, values, and business objectives.

Identify areas where the company can make a positive impact, such as environmental sustainability, community engagement, philanthropy, employee well-being, and ethical business practices.

Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, community organisations, NGOs (non-government organisations), and government agencies, to collaborate on CSR initiatives.

Engage stakeholders in dialogue to understand their concerns, gather input, and ensure that CSR efforts address relevant issues.

Manage projects related to environmental sustainability, social impact, diversity and inclusion, and other CSR focus areas.

Identify community needs and opportunities for the company to contribute positively to local communities through philanthropic donations, volunteerism, and partnerships.

Collaborate with Corporate Communications and HR to develop employee engagement programs that promote volunteering, employee well-being, and a culture of social responsibility within the organisation.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have

Exceptional organisational skills and able to work independently and manage your own workload to meet deadlines.

High standard of written and spoken English with good numerical skills.

Self-sufficient and able to work on own initiative, and able to take initiative and suggest solutions.

Meticulous attention to detail, taking pride in high quality output.

Able to multi-task when needed and respond to revised priority setting.

Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).

Experience of working in a demanding environment, managing deadlines and changing priorities.

Create core processes and manuals and ensure they are current and up to date at all times.
Nice-to-have
-
Educated to degree level or similar, preferably in a complementary discipline.

Experience working in fundraising and/or volunteer engagement in the UK.
