Job Description
- Actively work at front end engaging customers and offering credit
- Hand out credit materials to customers while offering acquisition offer to customers walking store including specialty
- Drive credit engagement through coaching, training and motivating THD associates
- Drive 6-7 incremental applications per day
- Proactively engage customers to offer credit
- Support credit awareness through active engagement in store culture with associates
- Rotate weekly to support each assigned store 1 visit per week
- Support 3-5 Hours per store visit (min 7 hours per day in store)
- Rotate days of week and time of day including nights/weekends
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred
- Drivers license and a vehicle for travel
- Proven ability to build and leverage relationships
- BA or equivalent experience required

Location: North Houston metro area
Duration:12 months (potential to extend)
Compensation: $1200/week
