About the Team & Business Line
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.
As a valuable member of our Talent Acquisition team you will work closely with members of Talent Acquisition team in Lithuania and on global level and cross-functional teams to support business and help them to hire top talents.
Your Role:
- Supporting Citco recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, local job boards.
- Preparing and posting vacancies to online jobs portals, universities and social media sites.
- Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assisting with scheduling and conducting interview.
- Participating in talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.
About You:
- Enthusiasm for recruitment, employer branding, and working with people.
- Eager and motivated to learn new things.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English language skills.
- Able to dedicate 30-39h/week during office hours for 6 months.
Salary
1153 EUR gross
