About the Team & Business Line
Join a dynamic Administration team (a team of 5) and play a vital role in supporting Vilnius office operations, its employees, and the team itself. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in organizational administration, allowing you to experience firsthand how large companies operate.
Your Role:
- Prepare written communication in English, such as internal announcements, articles, and other content pieces
- Help organize office and social events of the company.
- Coordinate and manage company visitors and colleagues from around the globe.
- Provide administrative support with various arrangements (taxi bookings, meal orders, meeting room preparations).
- Assist in selecting and ordering branded materials, corporate gifts, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to improve office processes and activities.
About You:
- Positive and friendly attitude, willingness to learn and to help others.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ready to operate in dynamic and constantly changing environment.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal) as well as IT literacy.
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
- Able to dedicate 30-39h/week during office hours for 6 months.
