Chief Information Security Officer ( CISO) - Europe
Strategist About the Role
As a Field CISO, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our most senior customers – CISOs, CIOs, and other technology executives. You will also act as a critical conduit between the field and Axonius’ product and go-to-market teams. This is a customer-facing role focused on engagement, trust-building, and market insight, with an emphasis on evangelism, storytelling, and influencing strategy.
You will help security leaders make sense of today’s complex threat landscape, guide their maturity journeys, and champion their needs internally to help us build the right solutions, the right way.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Executive Alignment
Serve as a strategic advisor to CISOs and senior security leaders at key accounts. Build deep, trust-based relationships to understand their evolving challenges, influence outcomes, and drive long-term partnerships.
Thought Leadership & Evangelism
Represent the voice of cybersecurity leadership at industry events, executive briefings,
customer engagements. Provide perspective on emerging threats, evolving regulatory landscapes, and the strategic role of security in modern enterprises.
Customer Advocacy & Feedback Loop
Act as a conduit between customers and internal teams by capturing field intelligence, surfacing unmet needs, and influencing product and GTM priorities. Participate in roadmap discussions, beta programs, and strategic feedback sessions.
Executive Storytelling & Content Creation
Create and deliver high-impact narratives that articulate business value, security outcomes, and transformation journeys. Contribute to executive-facing content, including white papers, blogs, and customer presentations.
Strategic Account Engagement
Support high-value sales and renewal motions where Field CISO engagement elevates the conversation. Partner with sales and customer success teams to accelerate strategic deals
