What you'll do
As a Customer Service & Billing Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by:
- Managing and resolving customer inquiries related to billing, invoices, and credit notes via email
- Providing accurate information and tailored solutions to customers in a professional and timely manner
- Building positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Supporting administrative processes, including report creation and database maintenance
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer requests
- Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Very good German language skills, particularly written communication
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and customer service mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making abilities
- For internal candidates: minimum 6 months in the current UPS position
