Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining accurate system models for our proprietary computing memory devices and computing architectures
Apply basic knowledge of circuit fundamentals to troubleshoot and optimize system performance
Utilize Octave/Python for simulating system models and conducting initial testing phases to ensure models meet design specifications
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate system models with broader technology solutions.
Document all phases of system model development and maintain accurate records and reports
Address and resolve issues that arise during the development process, applying basic principles of VLSI and mathematics
Engage in learning opportunities to stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in system modeling and in-memory computing
Assist senior engineers in managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of development tasks
Adhere to company coding and quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements for software development
Participate in reviews and meetings to provide constructive feedback on system models and suggest improvements
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Understanding of circuit fundamentals, VLSI basics, and core mathematical concepts
Proficiency in Octave/Python or similar computational modeling tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
