Primary Skill Requirement – SAP CO (Mandatory)

The candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in SAP Controlling (CO), including:

● Cost Elements

● Cost Centres

● Profit Centres

● Profit Segments

● Profitability Analysis (COPA)

● Internal Orders and Cost Allocations

● Settlements, Assessments, and Distributions

Secondary Skill Requirement – SAP FI (Financial Accounting)

Good functional knowledge and hands-on exposure in SAP (FI), including:

● Global Settings & Enterprise Structure

● General Ledger (GL)

● Accounts Receivable (AR)

● Accounts Payable (AP)

● Asset Accounting

● Bank/Cash Management

Key Requirements:

● Strong experience working in large ERP landscapes within a global/multinational environment (Retail industry experience preferred).

● Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations covering phases from Project Preparation to Go-Live.

● Exposure to REFX (Real Estate Management) module

● Experience in Month-End and Year-End Closing Activities (FI & CO).

● Understanding of financial reconciliation and reporting processes.

● Good understanding of FI-MM and FI-SD integrations.

● Experience in preparing Functional Specifications for reports, customisations, and enhancements.

● Exposure to Functional & Integration Testing, Test Script preparation, and running scenarios in tools like UFT/ALM.

● Ability to support cross-functional teams (SD/MM/ABAP).

● Experience working with Incident Management Tools and testing tools.

● Understanding of Global Methodology & Quality Processes.

Skills Required
