The Cinema Advertisement Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and delivery of cinema advertising campaigns across a network of theatres. The role ensures seamless campaign scheduling, content deployment, playback monitoring, compliance with client requirements, billing support, and operational excellence. The position serves as a critical link between Sales, Clients, Theatre Partners, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and revenue realization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Operations & Execution
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cinema advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign scheduling, deployment, monitoring, and closure activities.
  • Ensure advertisements are delivered as per approved schedules and contracts.
  • Monitor campaign start and end dates to ensure uninterrupted execution.
  • Coordinate with theatre partners for campaign implementation and troubleshooting.

Advertisement Content Management
  • Validate advertisement content received from clients and agencies.
  • Ensure content complies with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate content ingestion, transcoding, distribution, and deployment.
  • Maintain advertisement content repositories and version controls.

Playback Monitoring & Compliance
  • Track campaign playback through monitoring systems and playback logs.
  • Investigate and resolve missed, delayed, or incomplete advertisement deliveries.
  • Ensure contractual spot commitments are met across theatre networks.
  • Generate proof-of-performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Billing & Revenue Assurance
  • Validate playback reports and campaign logs for invoicing purposes.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of delivered spots and campaign performance metrics.
  • Support revenue reconciliation and audit requirements.
  • Minimize revenue leakage through operational controls and validations.

MIS & Reporting
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign execution reports.
  • Develop operational dashboards and performance scorecards.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide management with insights on inventory utilization and operational efficiency.

Client & Sales Support
  • Partner with Sales teams during campaign planning and execution.
  • Support clients with execution updates, campaign reports, and issue resolution.
  • Participate in pre-campaign feasibility assessments.
  • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.

Process Improvement & Automation
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and automation.
  • Develop SOPs and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with technology teams for system enhancements.
  • Lead initiatives to improve campaign visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational productivity.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Media Management, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Advertisement Operations, Media Operations, Cinema Advertising, Broadcast Operations, or Digital Media Operations.
  • Experience managing multi-location campaign execution and reporting.
  • Experience working with theatre networks, media agencies, and advertisers is preferred.
