About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant (VP) to help provide oversight of the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) Markets change portfolio.

In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
- Provide governance and oversight of Markets change-the-bank portfolio
- Ensure change portfolio investment demand aligns with strategic objectives
- Manage new work intake, prioritization, and annual investment planning processes
- Analyze and allocate front-to-back technology capacity to changing strategic priorities
- Create executive reporting for various forums and requirements
- Help define and enforce portfolio management standards and procedures
- Assist with designing and implementing future state tooling and processes
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience working within Capital Markets or financial services
- Experience consulting with internal clients and business
- Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and deploy problem solving skills to drive outcomes
- Collaborative partner with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
- Experience presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization including senior leadership
- Power BI experience
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
