Wells Fargo is seeking a CIB Lending Business Relationship Support Lead to join the Credit and Data Administration (CDA) team within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Lending Operations. This role focuses on post-transaction support, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of credit-related data and documentation across the bank's systems.
About the Line of Business:
Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) provides a full suite of corporate banking solutions-including credit, treasury management, and derivatives-to clients in Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Structured Products. The CDA team plays a critical role in supporting these lines of business by managing post-close activities and maintaining high standards of data quality and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and oversee post-transaction processes for complex corporate credit facilities, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal standards
- Review and validate legal and credit approval documentation, ensuring alignment with systems of record and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a key liaison between deal teams, credit execution, operations, and risk partners to ensure seamless data flow and issue resolution
- Identify and resolve high-impact issues, manage escalations, and implement sustainable solution
- Provide strategic input on policy interpretation, process improvements, and system enhancements
- Maintain deep expertise in bank policies, procedures, regulatory frameworks, and data governance practices
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
- Represent the CDA group in cross-functional initiatives and governance forums
- 5+ years of experience in business relationship support, credit operations or a related field demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Expert level knowledge of credit documentation and corporate loan structures.
- Advanced proficiency with credit systems such as LIQ, nCino, CoRS, ICMP, WCIS, ART, TRE, RCS, and E-TRAC.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, manage complex workflows and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on risk mitigation and data integrity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic and complex environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
