The opportunity is to join the Buenos Aires office as a Product Control Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of the LATAM Product Control division, contributing to strategic initiatives and ensuring excellence in financial oversight and analysis.
Product Controllers are in charge of the t+1 PnL and Risk Reconciliation for the Business including commentaries of major drivers. Also is in charge of reviewing corporate risk and ensure all risk sensitivities used in the Corporate VAR calculation are reconciled against Front Office approved risk.
The person should have strong working ethics, excellent communication skills (with peers and senior people), must have excellent time management abilities and demonstrate capabilities to work under pressure, should be a person with excellent problem-solving skills and have strong team player capabilities and control mindset.
Qualifications:
- Analyst with finance - risk background focused on financial market products
- Industrial Engineer / Economist / Administrator
- 100% English. Effective written and verbal skills are required in both Spanish and English.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint. Visual Basic knowledge is a plus
- Fixed income, FX and derivatives products/ accounting knowledge and Market and Liquidity risk understanding.
