Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will help design sustainable systems, build operational standards, and lead strategic process improvements that elevate performance across the plant. You will embed consistency, strengthen operational discipline, and foster a culture of continuous improvement that drives long‑term success.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities- Create, implement, and promote standardized systems (centerlines, Clean/Inspect/Lube, defect handling, One-Point Lessons, SOPs) that support long‑term operational success.
- Teach and coach plant teams on continuous improvement tools such as TPM, Lean Methodologies (yield, labor, efficiency), and Six Sigma principles
- Lead structured problem‑solving activities using tools such as Base Condition Analysis, Why-Why, Fishbone Diagrams, Plan‑Do‑Check‑Act, Theory of Operations, and Chokepoint Analysis.
- Standardize scrap categorization processes to strengthen visibility of yield loss.
- Facilitate and own effective cross‑functional project meetings from scoping to validation, delivering measurable improvements in cost, yield, or throughput while maintaining accountability to timelines.
- Train operators, leads, and supervisors on continuous improvement tools and standard work.
- Support digital transformation initiatives to improve communication and action tracking.
- Coach and correct gaps within the quality system (InfinityQS) and efficiency system (LEDS).
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, or 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles.
- SAP experience preferred
- Experience in safety and quality within manufacturing environments.
- Analytical proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
- Skilled in translating technical problems into clear recommendations and documented standards.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Planner.

Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
