CI Coordinator

The role of Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator is to ensure that continuous improvement principles—often based on Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies—are embedded into the organization’s operations. Acting as a bridge between leadership and operational teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and track progress.
What will your responsibilities be?

Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement across departments.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions.
  • Lead or support Kaizen events and improvement workshops.

Project Management
  • Plan, execute, and monitor CI projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement changes.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect and analyze performance data (KPIs, metrics).
  • Use tools like Pareto charts, control charts, and process mapping.
  • Report on CI initiatives’ impact and ROI to stakeholders.
Training & Coaching
  • Educate staff on CI tools and methodologies.
  • Coach teams on Lean, Six Sigma, or other frameworks.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with department heads and frontline employees.
  • Communicate CI goals and progress effectively.
  • Encourage employee involvement and feedback.
Standardization & Documentation
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure best practices are documented and shared.
  • Support audits and compliance efforts.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • Engineering degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment
  • Hands-on involvement in process improvement projects
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred)
  • Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
