2020 Companies is now hiring a part-time, remote, temporary Junior Content Training and Media Specialist representing Chromebook!
Be a part of shaping the future of retail sales training for Google Chromebooks with 2020 Companies! The Content Training & Media Specialist will support the Google Chromebook Training & Enablement team by creating and designing innovative training content to drive the effectiveness and readiness of retail field teams. This role will also involve supporting the broader goals of the Google Chromebook Field Team by developing and executing high-quality learning materials.
This role presents a unique opportunity to work closely with the Director of Field Sales Training and Enablement, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver impactful training solutions. Exposure to adult learning principles, instructional design models, and gamified learning strategies will be integral to this role and its development.

Job Description:
Content Development & Design:
Create and refine innovative training materials using Google Workspace tools and content-authoring platforms, such as Articulate 360, to align with program objectives.
Instructional Collaboration:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including program managers and client representatives, to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
Gamified Training:
Design engaging and gamified learning materials to boost knowledge retention and performance for field teams, such as Kahoot!, to support training goals
Learning Management System (LMS) Support:
Collaborate to manage, publish, and maintain content on client-based LMS platforms.
Cross-functional partnership:
Collaborate with training teams, program managers, and client stakeholders to curate practical learning resources and training initiatives.
Quality Assurance:
Review training content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with sales-applicable needs.
Leadership Reporting:
Provide updates and insights directly to the Director of Field Sales Training & Enablement, supporting strategic training objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Educational Technology, or a related field.
Strong familiarity with Chromebook, Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets), and content-authoring tools like Articulate 360 and gamified platforms like Kahoot!
Experience with LMS platforms or virtual facilitation tools is a plus.
