As a Customer Master Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Ownership of Customer Master Data for assigned Sold to accounts.
  • Applying deep understanding of data standards and cleansing processes, while recognizing the upstream and downstream impacts of customer data changes. 
  • Verifying and standardizing customer information through trusted online sources such as Tianyancha, Qichacha, Baidu Maps and others.
  • Receiving and managing work requests through Salesforce, ensuring prompt and professional communication with related functions.
  • Facilitate the entry of new master data records, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and accurately input into the system.
  • Communicating effectively—both verbally and in writing—regarding work status, issues, and updates.
  • Conducting thorough research and documentation of customer information to support business needs.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and align with team priorities.
  • Facilitating training sessions, ensuring training compliance, providing floor support, and running data quality initiatives.
  • Upholding master data governance policies to maintain consistency and data integrity across platforms.
  • Ensuring critical customer data complies with both internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading and executing data quality remediation efforts as needed.

Skills and Expertise 

  • To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar data-focused role,
  • OR at least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.  
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong Excel skills, including data handling and formatting.
  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Experience with Power BI reporting or data analytics.
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and quality assurance practices
