Chirurgiemechaniker (m/w/d)-100%Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten
- Selbstständiges Herstellen und Montieren von komplexen, vielfältigen und einteiligen chirurgischen Instrumenten
- Einrichten des Arbeitsplatzes sowie Arbeiten an konventionellen Maschinen
- Schleifen, Entgraten, Feilen, Biegen, Richten, Bohren und Montieren von chirurgischen Instrumenten und Einzelteilen
- Erlernen und Beibehalten von Prozessanforderungen im zugewiesenen Bereich, um Sicherheits-, Qualitäts-, Compliance- und Produktionsziele sowie Schulungsanforderungen zu erfüllen
- Durchführen von In-Prozess-Prüfungen und Qualitätsprüfungen nach Vorgaben
- Durchführung von Funktions- und Oberflächenprüfungen
- Termin- und sachgerechte Montage nach Fertigungsauftrag, Montage- und Prüfanweisung, Verfahrensanweisung und Zeichnung
- Sicherer Umgang mit verschiedenen Messinstrumenten
- Mitwirken an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, bspw. als Chirurgiemechaniker/-in, Werkzeugmechaniker/-in Fachrichtung Instrumententechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Ausbildungsberufs
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung oder eine Kombination aus Bildung, Erfahrung und/oder Ausbildung
- Sorgfältiges und qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten
- Bereitschaft, in anderen Bereichen zu unterstützen
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Englisch-Grundkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
