- Those who are native Chinese language speakers
- Those who are experienced in teaching their language as a second language.
- Those who have a relevant teaching degree or certification for teaching the language.

- Experience in teaching adults
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to show patience and diplomacy when dealing with students of different cultures and ages
- Flexible in timings
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Must be residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE and able to start immediately
