Job DescriptionPAY RATE: $16.85
SHIFT: 6 AM- 2 PM + OT HOURS MAY VARY
- Oversee and participate in chiller rehang operations, including training new hires, monitoring product quality, and adjusting line speeds as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and USDA regulations through regular quality checks and proper record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, focusing on floor cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow and resolve issues.
- Monitor and record production metrics, including rehang rates, product quality, and equipment performance.
- Manage team schedules, rotations, and breaks while filling in for employees during unscheduled absences.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team development to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Previous production experience preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work at various positions
- Good hand-eye coordination and quick decision-making skills
