Requirements

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently working toward one)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge or experience with the Montessori approach (highly regarded)
- A caring, patient, and collaborative attitude
