geographies
• Lead vertical growth strategy — identify market opportunities, define winning propositions, and build a
roadmap for scaling the trade finance business across priority geographies.

prioritization sessions, win/loss debriefs, and product discovery cycles with the CPO and engineering
leadership; ensuring commercial and competitive inputs are embedded in product decisions, not
delivered after the fact.

trade finance operations

competitively
• Collaborate with the CAIO to identify high-impact AI use cases within trade finance and ensure
intelligent capabilities are embedded into core trade workflows — document digitization, compliance
validation, risk scoring, and exception handling.
• Build external presence in the trade finance market - Act as the primary external face of trade finance business — representing the vertical at industry forums, client events, and
analyst engagements.
• Own go-to-market strategy - Develop and refine go-to-market packaging, solution narratives, and
competitive positioning for the trade finance vertical across target markets.
• Drive alignment across the CPO, CAIO, Sales, and Delivery organizations to ensure the trade finance
vertical executes with coherence and speed.

vertical, with a measurable track record of driving business growth — not just influencing outcomes,
but directly accountable for performance.
• Techno-commercial profile with early career grounding in engineering, product development, or
technology delivery — credibility in having built or shipped product before transitioning into
commercial and strategic leadership.
• Deep expertise in trade finance products — letters of credit, guarantees, collections, and supply
chain finance — and a strong understanding of how banks and FIs buy, implement, and scale these
solutions.
• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders at tier-1 banks and large financial
institutions.
• Strong understanding of global trade finance regulations and operations — UCP, AML, sanctions,
KYC.
