As Head of CEO Office you run the CEO support function end to end: the people, processes, and automation that keep the CEO's world running and context flowing across the org. This is a support leadership role, not a strategic deputy position: you build the infrastructure around the CEO to give him leverage.

• Build and lead the CEO's support team: recruit, manage, and elevate the executive and personal assistant function.

• Own the systems that run the CEO's day: inbox, calendar, and follow-through, delivered through the EA team and automation rather than by hand.

• Own the automation roadmap for the CEO office: the AI agents, workflows, and tooling that scale the CEO's time, built with the engineering platform team or directly where you can.

• Design the operating rhythm that ensures nothing is dropped and context reaches the right people across the org.

• Own the feedback loop between the team and leadership, surfacing signal leadership can act on.

• Run the briefing and decision-prep engine so the CEO's time in the room goes to deciding, not catching up.

• Lay the groundwork for a future founder-associate pipeline as the CEO-office model scales.

You've learned the CEO's working style, met the leadership team, and mapped the current tools and support setup. You've taken over scheduling and inbox triage and cleared the most obvious operational backlog.

The CEO's operational and administrative load is meaningfully reduced. You own the support function end to end, the EA function is stable, and a team feedback loop is surfacing signal leadership acts on.

The CEO support function runs smoothly without you firefighting: the EA team, tooling, and reporting rhythms are institutionalized, AI agents and automations handle a growing share of operational work, and the founder-associate pipeline is underway.

• 3 to 8 years in a fast-paced operating, strategy, consulting, banking, or analytical role.

• Technically inclined and AI-native: able to spec, prioritize, and drive AI agents and workflow automation with an engineering team. Building them yourself is a strong plus, not a requirement.

• Strong analytical mindset and real curiosity for how organizations run.

• English fluency.

• Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.

• Ability to adapt across time zones and shifting priorities.

• Clear and crisp async communication.

• Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told.

• Team-first mindset, low ego.
