Role: Chief of Staff
We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO, CTO, and COO. This role blends operational leadership with hands-on execution: you’ll oversee day-to-day systems that keep the company running, while also taking on higher-leverage projects across hiring, culture, and partnerships.
You’ll manage everything from building the go-to-market strategy to scaling workflows, supporting hiring, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The common thread: creating the environment and structure that allow the executive team and broader company to focus on building.
Team Building & Support
Lead hiring processes across operations, business, and legal functions.
Support and mentor team members to foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.
Identify resourcing gaps and ensure teams have the tools they need to succeed.
Growth Excellence
Build the go-to-market strategy for our new RL initiatives
Design and refine workflows that improve productivity and scalability.
Implement systems for continuous improvement across the organization.
Develop and track metrics to measure performance and identify improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with investors, partners, and collaborators.
Serve as a point of contact for external inquiries and partnerships.
Support leadership in fundraising prep and investor communications.
Who You Are
Proven experience as Chief of Staff, venture investor or similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle shifting priorities.
Comfortable working side-by-side with founders and senior leadership.
People-oriented and resourceful, with a bias for solving problems quickly
Requirements
Strong track record of aligning teams to execute ambitious goals at scale.
Experience with hiring, team development, growth contracts and fostering high-performing teams.
Business acumen with experience in financial management and fundraising.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including executive-level reporting.
