The Role

We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to the Head of Operations and management team to act as an operator, force multiplier, and trusted partner across Legora’s leadership team. You’ll play a central role in driving clarity, alignment, and execution as we scale globally — ensuring the company stays focused on the right priorities, runs efficiently, and moves fast.

This is a high-impact role that blends strategy, operations, and execution enablement. You’ll help shape how the company operates, streamline decision-making, and strengthen collaboration across product, go-to-market, and operations.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnership

• Work closely with the Head of Operations, CEO and leadership team to drive alignment and follow-through on key priorities.

• Translate company strategy into clear plans, milestones, and outcomes.

Org Operations & Cross-Functional Execution

• Design and run operating cadence - leadership meetings, quarterly planning, OKRs, and company-wide updates - ensuring alignment and communication and accountability across teams.

• Bring structure to complexity and help the organisation move quickly and intentionally.

• Partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, Legal, and GTM to ensure priorities are scoped, resourced, and on track.

• Identify bottlenecks early and proactively solve for them.

Internal Communication

• Craft crisp internal narratives, updates, and plans that align and inspire the company.

• Support clear, consistent messaging around vision, goals, and execution.

• Run monthly Townhalls and global company events.

Special Projects

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that accelerate company growth, operational maturity, and team alignment.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff roles in high-growth tech or professional services companies.

• Proven ability to structure ambiguity, drive clarity, and execute complex cross-functional projects.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and align at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with operational rigor — equally comfortable zooming out to shape direction and zooming in to make progress happen.

• Analytical and resourceful, with a track record of driving results in fast-paced environments.
