At R2, we believe that small and medium businesses are the productive engine of society. Small and medium businesses (SMBs) make up over 90% of companies in Latin America, yet they face a trillion-dollar credit gap. Our mission is to unlock SMBs’ potential by providing financial solutions that are tailored to their needs. We are reimagining the financial infrastructure of Latin America - where SMBs financial needs are satisfied without ever having to go to a bank.
R2 enables platforms in Latin America to embed financial services that SMBs can then leverage (starting with revenue-based financing). We are a tight knit team coming from organizations such as Google, Amazon, Uber, Capital One, Mercado Libre, Globant, J.P. Morgan. We are entering a new phase of growth following a strategic investment from Ant International, focused on rapidly expanding our partner footprint, strengthening our credit and underwriting capabilities, and scaling our operations across multiple markets.
We are now hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO to drive flawless execution of key initiatives between R2 and Ant International in R2’s current growth inflection point. The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic thought partner and execution leader for the CEO. This role is responsible for driving R2’s synergy workstreams with Ant, special projects, organizational effectiveness, planning cycles, and CEO-level prioritization.

- Reduce operational friction and reinforce alignment between day-to-day execution and strategic goals
CEO Leverage & Prioritization
- Operate as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring the Executive Team is aligned, information flows smoothly, and priorities are executed
- Assist in R2’s quarterly OKR planning process, ensuring alignment between company OKRs and team-level OKRs
- Drive follow-through across multiple teams on CEO-level directives and commitments
- Bring structure, speed, and clarity to the most important company priorities
Org Alignment & Communication
- Act as an extension of the CEO to reinforce R2’s culture during rapid scaling
- Ensure the Executive Team is aligned with strategic priorities and that execution is consistent across teams
Board & Executive Readiness
- Own preparation of Board materials, strategic reviews, and board follow ups
- Partner with Finance, Risk, Engineering, Data Product, Growth and People to present coherent data and insights to both the Board and Ant
