The Role

As a Chief of Staff at Patlytics, you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, playing a crucial role in operational execution, organizational effectiveness, and strategic initiatives. This role requires a dynamic operator with exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to drive cross-functional alignment, and a deep understanding of business operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across the organization.

• Oversee and facilitate the execution of high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and impact.

• Streamline internal operations, enhance productivity, and implement best practices across teams.

• Serve as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Prepare and manage key materials for leadership meetings, board meetings, and investor updates.

• Identify and mitigate organizational inefficiencies, implementing scalable solutions for growth.

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation strategies.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

• Lead and support company-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, or a related field.

• A strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and execution.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.

• A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.

• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

Bonus:

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

• Experience in the legal, intellectual property, or technology sectors.
