About the team
As Chief of Staff at DataDome, you will be a trusted partner to the executive team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s strategic priorities are clearly articulated, communicated, and executed. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), you will act as a force multiplier for leadership, driving alignment, transparency, and operational excellence across the organization. (position can either be based in Paris or NYC office)
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations
- Prepare impactful reports, presentations, and board materials for current and prospective investors, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic insight.
- Coordinate regular investor updates, track and synthesize company performance metrics, and support the execution of fundraising or due diligence processes.
- Act as a point of contact for investors, fielding inquiries and ensuring timely, professional communication.
- Partner with the executive team to refine DataDome’s investment narrative and ensure consistent messaging externally.
Internal corporate communication & Storytelling
- Lead all internal corporate communications, ensuring that company strategy, priorities, and cultural values are clearly and consistently conveyed across all levels of the organization.
- Plan, draft, and deliver compelling messaging for company-wide updates, all-hands meetings, leadership forums, and offsite events.
- Develop engaging content and storytelling for internal newsletters, announcements, and multimedia communications.
- Act as a culture ambassador by reinforcing DataDome’s mission, vision, and values in all communications and helping to foster a sense of connection and engagement among teams.
Project Management & Strategic Initiatives
- Drive the execution of cross-functional, high-impact projects that align with the company’s strategic goals—ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and with measurable results.
- Organize, facilitate, and follow up on key company meetings and forums (Exco, leadership meetings, all-hands, offsites, etc.), ensuring strong alignment and accountability.
- Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and progress reports for executive leadership, tracking milestones and proactively identifying risks and solutions, including the company’s masterplan and OKR.
- Coordinate with functional leaders to unblock bottlenecks and ensure seamless execution across teams.
It would be great if you have...
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus).
- 5+ years’ experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or similar roles in fast-growing SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and conveying complex ideas simply.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills; able to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI. Fluency in French and English is a plus.
