Job Summary:

The Chief of Staff will be a strategic partner and responsible for ensuring execution and accountability on key initiatives, and facilitating communication across the organization. This role provides critical support in business strategy & planning, project management, and execution of strategic objectives, serving as the liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Impiricus strategic vision while ensuring operational excellence across the organization. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational:

• • • Partner with the COO to develop and implement business strategies and operational plans.
    • Oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-informed decision-making.

Project & Program Management:

• • • Lead and manage high-priority projects and initiatives on behalf of the COO.
    • Ensure projects are executed effectively, meeting deadlines and objectives.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to project success.

Data and Insights

• • • Analyze data and develop dashboards to provide visibility into business operations.
    • Utilize analytics to drive insights on company performance, customer behaviors, and operational challenges

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

• • • • Act as point of contact between the COO and other executives, teams, and external partners.
      • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for executive meetings.
      • Ensure clarity and alignment across teams by facilitating effective communication.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business or related field
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations or Chief of Staff capacity
• Startup experience required
• Comfortable working in excel for modeling and analytics, and powerpoint
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders
