ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Chief of Staff to support our Management Team during a pivotal growth phase. Acting as a strategic right hand to our leadership, you’ll bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day operations – driving mission-critical projects, enabling cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that initiatives are executed with clarity and accountability.
This is a hybrid role – approximately 60% focused on project execution and 40% on strategic collaboration with the Management Team (OKRs, All Hands, offsites, etc.). It’s ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at bringing structure and momentum to complex initiatives.
This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Own and manage a broad portfolio of initiatives, from company-wide strategic projects to targeted improvements in tooling and operational processes. Ensure all efforts are aligned with our overarching business goals.
- Work closely with leadership to prepare and facilitate key discussions, ensure follow-through on priorities, and bring visibility and structure to cross-functional initiatives.
- Enable the company’s strategic evolution, including potential acquisitions, ESG initiatives, and investor communications. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing initiatives identified during management offsites.
- Provide analysis and context to support sound strategic decisions. Serve as a sparring partner to leadership on complex problems, resource planning, and organizational priorities.
- Lead the coordination of OKR processes – ensuring goals are aligned, tracked, and communicated clearly across teams.
- Collaborate with investors, advisors, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency around ongoing initiatives.
- Be ready to roll up your sleeves – whether that means facilitating meetings, preparing agendas and briefings, or jumping into execution mode to move a project forward.
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Project Manager, Consultant or any other strategic role – especially in a fast-paced, high-growth, or SaaS environment.
- Comfortable toggling between strategy and execution, with the ability to drive progress while keeping a strategic lens.
- Hands-on generalist mindset with the flexibility to work across teams and topics.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills; able to evaluate tradeoffs, identify risks, and present clear recommendations.
- Skilled at building trust, fostering alignment, and navigating ambiguity.
- Familiarity with OKRs and experience supporting leadership-level decision-making.
