What You’ll Do
As a Chief of Staff at Pattern Data, you will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure the efficient operation of the company. You will be a key player in implementing strategic initiatives to drive business development and improve operational processes. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and exceptional communication skills. You will:
- Assist the CEO and leadership team in developing and implementing the company’s strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize sales development opportunities and process
- Track progress on company priorities, key projects and ensure alignment with company goals
- Facilitate regular strategy meetings and follow up on action items
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
- Drive special projects and initiatives that support business objectives
- Manage the company’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the leadership team
- Prepare materials for board meetings and other high-stakes presentations
- Coordinate priorities, communication and decision-making across departments
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Represent the company at external events and industry conferences, as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in a similar role, fast-paced startup environment is a plus
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
