The role
Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Work directly with the CEO as Chief of Staff on the company's highest-priority problems. The role combines analytical work, cross-functional execution, executive representation, and substantial client travel.
What you'll do
- Resolve business bottlenecks across enterprise sales, product, and engineering priorities.
- Build financial, operational, and commercial reporting infrastructure.
- Improve hiring processes and support headcount planning.
- Develop repeatable processes across teams.
- Represent the CEO in investor updates, client meetings, and leadership discussions.
- Visit industrial customer sites to support projects and relationships.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 4 to 8 years of relevant consulting, banking, or startup strategy and operations experience.
- Strong financial and operational analysis skills.
- A record of independent delivery and increasing responsibility.
- Communication and judgment to work credibly with senior leaders and customers.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and challenge assumptions constructively.
- Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time.

- Founder experience with commercial traction.
- A technical or quantitative degree.

- Base salary: GBP 110,000 to 165,000 per year.

Location and work model
- Farringdon, London, United Kingdom.
- Five days per week onsite when not traveling.
- Typical office hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with occasional weekend work.
- Travel of 25% to 50% to industrial client sites across Europe and the United States, including plants and manufacturing facilities.
- Visa transfers and new visa sponsorships are supported.
