We are looking for a Chief of Staff to help drive Doit's AI Neobank expansion across products, markets and teams. This is a senior execution role for someone who can align leadership, drive operating cadence, solve cross-functional problems and turn strategy into measurable progress.

• Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities. 

• Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability. 

• Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations. 

• Prepare concise decision memos, board / leadership materials, execution plans and performance reviews. 

• Identify gaps, risks and dependencies before they become serious blockers. 

• Help leadership make sharper trade-offs on people, capital, product and market priorities. 

• Own special projects that require senior judgement and cross-functional authority.

• Strong operator with experience driving strategic execution across teams. 

• Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization and follow-through. 

• Able to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams and senior external stakeholders.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance. 

• Can go from high-level strategy to detailed execution without losing quality. 

• Strong writing, business analysis and problem-solving skills. 

• Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services or regional expansion is a strong advantage.

• Makes the company move faster and with more clarity. 

• Can challenge, align and unblock teams without adding bureaucracy. 

• Stays close to facts, numbers, owners and deadlines. 

This role is remote, but candidates must be based in Thailand. We are hiring specifically for this market, so applicants should already be based in Thailand.

English is our main working language across global teams. Strong English communication is required.
